I just bought an iMate and a Blackberry is too much of a pain for me, given that I travel internationally so much and as far as I know, my local South African Blackberry service plan does not work outside SA. My iMate can run the maps using Google WiFi – but admittedly, I didn’t think of that as I was already logged onto the my Laptop before I started driving :-)
