incuBeta sells TrafficSynergy

TrafficSynergy, until recently an incuBeta company, has been purchased by a private consortium, lead by marketing expert Eric Edelstein, for an undisclosed amount. TrafficSynergy will continue to trade under its current name.

Vinny Lingham, founder of incuBeta, said that incuBeta has been considering the sale of TrafficSynergy because of possible business conflicts. synthaSite, another incuBeta company, will soon launch a product also aimed at the affiliate market. The change of ownership was effected on October 26, 2005.

“We are delighted that Eric Edelstein will take TrafficSynergy forward. Eric has a passion for marketing and certainly is an expert in the affiliate market space,” said Lingham. “Although TrafficSynergy is a well-established brand, we need to be impartial to all affiliate networks. The sale of the TrafficSynergy network is thus natural outcome of incuBeta’s growth.”

Said Eric Edelstein: “TrafficSynergy will continue its relationship with current clients and will be looking to expand the client base. TrafficSynergy already offers an excellent service to both affiliate advertisers and marketers – I am looking forward to growing the business even further.”

TrafficSynergy is a platform that matches merchants looking for traffic on a performance basis with affiliate marketers.
