I know someone who’d be interested and is fantastic at SEO writing, and writing for the web in general (used to work with us before we started outsourcing copywriting work), but he’s based in india (most probably willing to re-locate) – let me know if that’s fine, I’ll ask him to send you the resume.

Shhh Vinny! I’ve been talking in too good terms about Cape Town and your company. Now some of our staff are reading your post with a smile of envy on their face!
An exchange maybe? I’m sure our staff would prefer to spend their winter in the Cap but I don’t think we’d have too many of your staff wishing to visit us in the winter.

I agree with Marks comment, maybe you'd have more luck with recruiting someone who could be based at home, unless the job specifically needs them to be in geographical location?

That's a tricky position to fill – most high quality SEO copywriters I would imagine are either working independently, own their own companies, or are already working. I simply doubt many are actively *looking* for work – you may have better luck looking for independent contractors.
