website design…
Small E-commerce Web sites are best produced using templates. First Web Site Design .com aims to provide guidance for those taking their early or intermediate steps into the exciting medium of the Internet / World Wide Web….

I interested to see some statistic shown in this video. Social media really are booming..
August 24, 2009 at 5:16 am
Social media is indeed booming, really nice to see the importance of it e.g 78% trust peer recommendations and only 14% advertisement.

Wow! That felt like a one year college course condensed into a four minute video. Mental molasses, but very provocative.

Hey Vinny
Some interesting stats! It really shows how social media is shaping everything.
There’s no sign of a slow down yet, and I really think this is just the start
Great blog btw, I have added your rss feed to my email client!
Take care,
Paul

Vinny, I think its a great video. Thanks for sharing!
I created a website offering free, original, real content for small business owners that want to have internet marketing promotions for their website. I don’t even bother asking them for emails because people do that to send spam to them.
I love your articles, they offer such great viewpoints. Is there anyway you can feature as a guest writer? It would be great if you spend 20 minutes just writing something substantial that you are great in in internet marketing.
Please visit at http://internetmarketingpromotionconsultant.com today. Would love to receive an email from you.
Cheers,
Ronald!

Social media’s growth offers new communications tools, but it’s become a craze. New media don’t replace old mediums; they augment them. When TV was introduced people didn’t leave radio, and the Internet has not replaced TV. New media are catalysts for adjusting the media mix. Those who think that since they’ve got Twitter or Facebook other media are obsolete are like those years ago who eventually realized out that having a blog was not the magic bullet they thought it would be.

Amazing stats ! Very useful to understand social media ! Thanks
September 4, 2009 at 8:04 am
the internet in general along with social media will put newspapers out of business; I think TV will evolve more into a more active form and still be around. I know for myself, I can’t stand reading a paper; it’s too bulky when you can just go online in a few seconds.

This video is nowhere near to reality. The data shown are misleading and looks like created for the video. “96% of people in the U.S” Ha Ha Ha…

When I first saw that video 3 months ago, I thought it was incredible and still watch the video and think the same every time I watch it. I posted it on my Facebook page 3 months ago and received great feedback. Those numbers were amazing!! Social Media is not a fad for sure; it’s here to stay!!

The economy places values on Social Media already so we have to take notice of that. Twitter has a value that has nothing to do with its balance sheet at the moment but the space it inhabits. Be aware it the best advice.

Damn I missed it, looks like they’ve taken down the video, would have liked to have seen that…

nice vid and amazing stats. social media is the future….it works great

Social media have had huge adoption rates attracting new readers very quickly. Two questions that have yet to be answered are: will they disppear as quickly as they appeared? – social media will not, but individual sites and formats? How will people use the sites that finally evolve – will this be a world where everything is free and therefore only of interest to sociologists?
November 10, 2009 at 2:21 pm
Social Media is a fad just like reality TV. With that kind of fad, who needs more?

Videos are the future for sure, I think they’ll be a time when you can actually see what friends are doing at whatever time. not sure if this is a good or bad thing!
November 19, 2009 at 3:40 pm
It is amazing how these type of sites have grown in popularity.
When I first heard about twitter I figured it would be a short term fad. And facebook was just a myspace wanna-be.
Just goes to show how much I know.

It is really amazing how these type of sites have grown in popularity. During many of my classes I discuss the influence of Social Media. No one is ignoring it, even businesses now see the added value. Many good things happen on the Social side now. Would love to see more examples of companies using Social in a way that is good and adds business value.

Social Media is without a doubt THE thing right now. If you don’t have a list of friends wanting to know what you have to say about your niche, tweet huggin followers, and others who want to hear what you have to say, you’re just behind everyone else in the Internet Marketing games.
